Accident Reports

If you have been involved in an accident and need a copy of your accident report, there is several options available to you.

To request a copy of a accident report you must have at least a Name of party(s) involved or date of accident.

1. Call (912) 545-2118 and request a copy of the accident report

2. Walk-in and request a copy of the accident.

3. Go to crashdocs.org and look up the report.  (You will not be able to get Private Property Accident report at this site.)
